11 1/2" wide at the top, 8 1/2" long, and at the back, it's just over 3 1/4" tall. At the front it's between 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" dependint on where on the bezel you measure. the base of the unit is 6 3/8" by 8 3/4", with the '"top" part being 5/8" off the ground at it's lowest.

The controller ports and power/RF ports are located underneath the bezel. so you have to make room in front ant in back for these.
