Sweet find, by the way yes I've had finds like four times. Twice I got about the same amount as pictured, once I found probably half the amount pictured. Then only about two, three or four months ago I had a score double the size of the pictured amount, AND I probably still payed less than you did.

Nice Find, you are getting on a forum in which many diehard collectors have found great things, mass amounts and rare items. Personally I found 1/3 of my boxed Nes Collection in one find all for $3 a boxed game. Record? Nope, but nice find.

Even more amazing than your find is that you signed up for DP just to show it off....

Holly Molly, my eyes are popping out of my head. Awesome find! I hit the SpectraVideo mother load a couple years back at a Thrift store.

Congrats on the find. You should introduce yourself, which can be found at the top of the Classic Gaming forum. As for this thread, I'll bet it'll be swooped away soon over to "What's it Worth?" simply because that's where all of the cluttered finds and requests threads are ending up now. As for financing towards tuition and a car, I highly doubt that unless you have some really special games in there but it is a big mixture between the 8-bit systems.

    Edit:
Actually, after reviewing some of the stuff closer up and more defined at AA, plus what you're actually selling I'd say a good semester or two at a university will be paid for, but as for a car, depends on what you're looking at getting.

well i did used to be a big collector about 10 years ago...
and i'm pretty well versed in what's what...
    ...
i'll get around to the intro thing... it's just that school starts soon... and im doing too much reading emails right now over at AA

and i can't wait to see what doesn't sell... so i know what i get to keep!

btw... im not delusional about the car thing...
but you'd be surprised what deals can be found as far as cars go...
i found a 99 miata for 4k in 2005... that was less than 1/2 public valued price.

so this is less a 'check out my find' thread, and more of a 'buy my sweet goods so i can pay for school' thread. huh.

Oh, no doubt and is why I said it depends on what you're getting. A friend of mine buys used cars for a few hundred bucks, fixes them up and puts them into use for several months or so and resells them for over a grand. Good deals exist out there all the time, you just have to be the first in line sometimes to get them.

That's the kind of vibe I've been getting, but I'm willing to see where things go.

Nice Blades of Steel. Best hockey game ever.

EDIT: I'd gladly buy it from you depending on the price.

Ridiculous college costs these days will run you more than a car.

To be honest, I think the former is worse than the latter. Rather see a kid plugging his games to help out with school, than a collector plugging his games to help out his ego.
