Pinball of the Dead
Max Payne is pretty damn fun. My only complaint with it is that they decided to try to squeeze in a bunch of super low quality voice acting instead of using the space for something worthwhile, like more levels. They did a pretty good job of playing to the system's strengths and not fucking it up the way EA did with Medal of Honor Underground.

What about Doom and Doom II?
(P.S. - Max Payne is INCREDIBLE!)
kinda suprised dark arena isn't ratd M, but I checked and it is rated T.
go figure.
The only M-rated GBA game I own is GTA Advance. Maybe I'll check out Max Payne, Mortal Kombat: DA or MK: TE someday...
(Maybe not so) Fun Fact: According to the ESRB, the only Game Boy game to garner an M rating that wasn't an Advance game was South Park. No Game Boy Color game was ever tagged with an M (including Little Nicky, which I could've sworn was an M, despite having a "Strong Sexual Content" descriptor).
The only Game Gear game to ever receive an M rating would be Mortal Kombat 3.
"I am a cipher, wrapped in an enigma, smothered in secret sauce."
Gapporin's post made me wonder how many DS games are M-rated. So far, there's two:
Resident Evil Deadly Silence
Touch The Dead
So this is kind of a stupid question, but all the games in this thread, that people are saying are good, or that "pwn", are you being sarcastic or not? I can't tell!
Pinball of the Dead (even though it's not M, but it should be...) is def. worth a pickup if you can find it. I mean, come on, It's pinball with zombies!
Resident Evil: DS is decent, but if you've played through RE1 and all it's different incarnations you may get tired of it easily.
Touch the Dead was an interesting premise with a poor execution. It's fun for awhile but I got tired of it halfway through.

I really loved Max Payne, it's very different from the PC version. It plays more like GTA. Except it's fun.
