Kakuto Chojin, rare version?

the game was very good, if anyone played it through, it was a fun and pretty fighter.

I saw some neat combo videos for it, but from what I understand the game is ultra-super-mega picky about frame-specific button presses and such, making the learning curve way too steep for most people.
