Your post is a bit vague...
First off what games do you currently have, and what genre games do you like? If you don't have Armada, I highly recommend it.
And the Dreamcast is no longer officially online through Sega - you have to go through three kinds of hell to play most games online, through other services. And only 2 games are Broadband capable, that is - if you have the ultra-rare DC boradband adapter..
Bangai-O, Record of Lodoss War, Jet Grind Radio, and both Crazy Taxi games are always a blast.

Speaking of Propeller Arena, is there a guide for burning it to CD? And of course, is there a reliable place to get the disc image?
I really liked Blue Stinger. You might get some fun out of that.

Go to google and type CDI and it should say buring with disc juggler.
I have almost every dreamcast accsesory there is. Keyboard, mouse, broadband add., light gun, Steering wheel (soon), joystick, rumble pack, etc.
Those games you said are what i already have (exept armada).
what I love: racing, action, FPS, Certain puzzle games, car combat, Fighting, RTS.
What i like: TBS, Rpg, Sports, Shooters, Flight sims.
What i hate: any game that is too slow paced (like D2) And games that are really hard
If you like RPG's, then get Shenmue.
Dreamcast is the greastest system ever. This is not open to debate.
But, if I do need evidence to support my claim, you might want to try these games:
Marvel Vs. Capcom
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
Fire Pro Wrestling D
Bangai-O
Power Stone (1 more so than 2)
Plasma Sword (Well, for at least a day)
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (import it if you can, no censorship)
Giga Wing 1 and 2
Maken X (Hard as hell, though)
Record of Lodoss War
House of The Dead 2
Tech Romancer
Vampire Chronicles
Border Down
Ikaruga
Psyvariar 2
Samba de Amigo
D 2
Capcom Vs. SNK 2
I suppose I should mention that 2D fighters are somewhat key to the Dreamcast library.

I really like my dreamcast a swell. I am in the middle of D2, which is great and also Skies of Arcadia and Silver are great games IMHO.

Hydro Thunder, Speed Devils and San Francisco Rush: 2049 are 3 MUST HAVE racing games.
To this day I still haven't seen as creative track design as in Speed Devils. It's hardly ever mentioned, a true diamond in the rough.
