I know people usually do a lot of best of posts. This may have been done but...what are the top five worst games on Wii? Why are they horrid?

I heard Far Cry Vengeance for Wii is pretty bad, although I have never played it.
Red steel was painfully awful.
YMMV.
Far Cry isn't that bad but it sure ain't good. Also I thought my sims was utterly horrible.
Stay FAAAAAAAR away from the remake of Alien Syndrome.
Repetitive and downright boring. And they don't even include the arcade game as an unlockble.
This has already been discussed in this thread. Rob2600 went through and got the ranking of the best and worst Wii games based on thier review scores form various sites.

Anyway, Red Steel was okay until later in the game where you have to sword fight a lot of ninjas. It requires really precise timing that the controls don't allow. They really needed some sort of mid-level saves in that game.
I'll agree about Alien Syndrome. I got bored with it after the first level. The PS2 remake on Sega Classics Collection was much better.
Far Cry is okay, but it's quite obvious it was rushed in order to be a launch title. The controls get really janky once you enter the predator mode, and there are some parts that seem to confuse cheapness (sticking snipers in almost impossible to see places) with increasing the difficulty.
I'd throw in Blazing Angels. The controls are so poor that I can't get past the training level. I'd put in Need for Speed Carbon for the same reason. They're a little more manageable, but once you get past the first few races, it becomes really unwieldy.
Now, I may not have the Wii, but just by looking at Metacritic, here are the three worst Wii titles. I have to agree that all of these games are especially bad:
Anubis II: Score: 19/100 (overall)
Jenga: World Tour: 27 (overall)GameSpot
Anubis II is one of the worst games ever created and fundamentally broken. If you play it, you can never get back the three hours you wasted on this unique brand of torture.
Looney Toons: Acme Arsenal: 27 (overall)Game Informer
Whatever strange, mirror universe insanity might lead you to play a video game version of Jenga rather than the real thing, you are unlikely to advance past the first few games.
Not only do you have these three games, but the rest of the worst Wii games are the vast amounts of shovelware on the system. Titles like "Dave Mirra BMX Challenge", "Chicken Shoot", "Kawasaki Quad Bikes", and everything from Destineer, Conspiracy Entertainment, and DDS are absolute crap. I know some Nintendo fans love to back up that the Wii does have some great games (and I admit, there are some spectacular games out there), but in order to find those great games you have to sift through all the crappy ones first! It's like there's more bad games coming out than good ones. The main thing that is keeping me from getting a Wii is the fact that the system's good games are few and far between. Well, that and the system is nearly impossible to find in my area, even though it has been a whole year since the system launched. I have never played any of these shovelware games, but given the fact that the games above got such poor reviews from sites like IGN, etc., I know for a fact that they are among the worst.1UP
There's simply nothing redeeming about Acme Arsenal. It's an incredibly poor, woefully unentertaining use of a great license, and an absolute bore to play. It doesn't get nearly enough right to be anywhere close to average, and becomes its own worst enemy with a cavalcade of embarrassing glitches.
Ninjabread Man?
Whoops, that's also in the other thread. Never mind.

I've heard that Escape From Bug Island is bad. I've yet to play it but I'd love too just to see if it's as bad as everyone says.
MySims is decent and got a bit of play here. I know that any game that's in the checkout line of Best Buy is usually on the crap list, and there was a whole pile of titles I hadn't heard of (Spy Games, Billy and the Broomstick or something).
The worst game I played was Alien Syndrome.
That made me laugh so hard!
But, on the topic at hand, I've only bought Lego Star Wars, Super Paper Mario, Super Mario Galaxy, Metal Slug Anthology, and Zelda, and I only really hated Super Paper Mario. I was expecting something like the original Mario and was disappointed.

Looking to sell Valkyrie Profile for the Playstation. PM me if you're interested.
I own Red Steel also. I didnt think it was that bad even though the controls were a bit out of whack. It was fun as a shooter on the Wii. I also enjoy the voice acting...
