if you REALLY want voice chat do what my friends will be doing. Turn on your 360, go to a game such as an arcade game like Aegis Wing. Sit in the lobby and turn down your xbox volume, use the xbox mic to have chat between 2-4 people and then just play on your wii, problem solved. Another solution is using a computer chat client but to me xbox is easier.
