I think the difference is obvious enough, the LE has only a helmet on the cover (and big letters telling you its an LE), the normal version has the entire bounty hunter.
And even then there are two versions of the "normal" artwork depending on whether the game has the limited edition SWTCG card of Jango Fett inside. Technically there are three variations.
Wow, what is that card about? Any pictures?, mentioned on the box cover?, links to info about it?
I've never heard of it. Please tell me it isn't in the ps2 versions of this game. (normal, LE artwork, and GH) I do collect ps2 games and variants, so im hoping that card is nowhere to be found on the ps2 versions.
There should be a little info circle on the front telling you of the card if I remember correctly, and I think it's PS2 too, check ebay maybe ?
Well i see the card version picture for the gamecube normal. Are you sure there is no card version for the gamecube?
The ps2 version doesn't mention it at all, but then again, some times things are just put into the game case, without a mention of it on the cover. I wanted to make sure it wasn't something sneaky like that for my version.
card version with info box on the front :

On your 2nd picture, there is no gamecube logo on it. It could be the a pc or stock photo even. I think that it would be odd if it was gamecube artwork for the game, but with no gamecube logo on it. No Nintendo stamp of approval either.
If he hadn't posted the pic, then I would have said I've had the non-card version in my hands. I own the LE artwork and the carded versions myself.

Thanks much for the pix guys! That's pretty cool; I didn't know about the different versions, though it turns out I have the limited edition.

Got any obscure game stuff?
I'd say Radio Allergy is one of the rarest, seeing as I have the only known copy.
Its on an NR disc as Nintendo never created a master copy for retail use. However, this game isn't a "beta", as the game is essentially complete and polished in every way.
Of course, this game was released in Japan, but the version I have is completely translated to English.
I'm not sure though if unreleased games are really in the spirit of what the thread is talking about. But that is a pretty cool thing you got there.
This thread talks about demos as well, so I figured this would fit.
As far as generally available titles, I would point my finger at a cardboard-boxed version of Pokémon Box from the North American markets. The game (utility) was available as a pack-in or sold retail in other regions, but in North America was the only title to be sold exclusively through the web.
Demos, kiosk discs, even the service disc (I wrote an in-depth article on the service disc which you can find here) are equal candidates, but they were never "sold". Actually something worth mentioning, kiosk discs 17 and 25 have *never* been found complete with the case insert, only as loose discs. If someone finds these two discs complete, than you've got yourself a one-of-a-kind
Hello Don K.
I still drool over your copy of USA Radio Allergy!
If I recall correctly, weren't there some changes to the scoring? I remember when you had posted your scores and they were a bit different than from the japanese versions of the game… I was curious to what was changed in the calculations…
