Usually to keep stuff the only times I really buy to resell is if I know for sure I'm going to make at least $15 after shipping and fees are figured in on an item otherwise its not really worth the trouble.

Go to Sears Mario. At the most it would be $15 but it may have been lowered recently.

Based on this post, I went back to Target with only my receipts (from 5/21/08) and asked about price matching when something gets less. She said that's a 14 day policy, but that I could return the item within 90 and re-buy at the lower price.

Then she took my receipt, and with no Gamecube in hand, she returned them both, then resold them to me at the $24.98 price! That was easy!

I've found a few things cheap at a couple of Sears locations. Eragon for the Xbox 360 for $3.97, and Call of Duty 3 for the Wii for $4.97. I mainly go there to check out their original Xbox games and see if I can score any cheap. They still charge too much for some of them. I guess they're all the ones that the manufacturers don't allow them to mark down.

Today, I checked back at my Target and they have the same items, week after week, that just won't sell in their clearance section. But this week, they actually knocked them down a bit more, down to their "final" prices. Here's what I got:

    Xbox "Thrillville" - $4.98 (originally $19.99)
    PSP "Jackass" volume 2 and 3 - $3.74 each (originally $14.99 each)
PSP "Beavis and Butthead" vol. 2 and 3 - $3.74 each (originally $14.99 each)

Nothing special, but for these prices worth picking up. Plus my kids LOVE Thrillville, as one of their best friends has it, but until today it's been at $9.99. Finally waiting paid off.

Great, glad to see digitpress finally has a deals section! I remember trying to get this going quite a long time ago, haven't been around in a few years, but this subforum will get digitpress back into my daily regimen again!

Today picked up Call of Duty 4 on Xbox 360 for $20 as part of Best Buy's video game clearance summer sale. I could actually trade this in to Gamestop and get more than what I paid for it....but I won't.

Am I the only one who didn't even know that Sears carries videogames?? I've never gone into one to look, but now I think I will hit the mall later and check out the Sears. Are the games with the TV's and electronics or toys?

    THanks

Yes, the games are in the electronic section. I just added Sears to this thread not long ago because of all of the amazing video game deals I've gotten from there over the past 2 months(read the thread to see the good stuff discovered). And you are also correct in assuming that not many gamers know about going to Sears. My Sears use to be Mongomery Wards before they all closed down a few years ago. But even back then MW sold video games and you could get some good cheap stuff there as well.

Yeah, I found the last copy of Thrillville (Platinum Hits) today for $4.98. I wanted to play it before the Thrillville: Off the Rails for Wii I got at Toys R Us for $9.99 last week.

I also found a copy of Interactive Storybook: Vol. 1 for DS for $3.74. It was for my cousin's birthday. She'll be 6 in October, so I guess my shopping's done...
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.

I did eventually go check out my local Sears and was sadly disappointed with no real gems or discounts.

But, Gamestop has Xbox games buy 2 get 1 free this week, so go load up!!!

Its actually, buy 1 get 1 50% off.

I think the website had a glitch where it was B1G1.
