Where do you get the graphics for your labels? All custom?

Wow, nice work on the SNES repros. I don't think I've ever seen SNES repro carts aside from Dragon Quest V.

For those that do repros - I'd be curious about label ideas as well. Printers that would be worth it and so forth. Or, like the homebrew RPG world... would Kinko's be a good idea?
I think the reason the snes repros look so thick is because for some folk it's easier to solder using stripped IDE cable - solder the first and last pins, then solder the rest as it's held down. then separate wire and presto.

Holy crap. It's been a while.
So it sounds like if you use a high dpi inkjet or a color laser, and print on a pre-made label, you just have to apply laminate. I think that can be done with a small roller. The difficulty is if you knew the exact kind of industrial material that was used, or you want to use, you have to buy it in large quantities usually.

Damn that is some GOOD STUFF
Hi,
Thanks for the kind comments, i've PM'd everyone that has requests. I've been working on a few Megadrive repros recently as well as some more SNES stuff, will try and post some pics later. I'm also working on some multis for more obscure systems.
Kind Regards, Andy.
This guy's work is very impressive.
He did a Starfox 2 Repro for me that has a switch on the side to go between the translated version and the Japanese version.
These are the pics he sent me when it was done (easier than me taking pics of it since they are already out there).
Also, I have this cart right next to me, and I assure you, anything that looks pixelated in the pictures is not pixelated (cept for the game itself, it was made using pixels, hehehe), but the label and stuff is crystal clear.
This guy is the real deal. Fine work bro, very high quality.
