What a find at the garage sales this weekend!
What do you guys think? I, personally, had no idea there was this very rare 3rd variation on the Gunsmoke artwork! Was it worth the $40?

Yeah, I agree with theChad, awesome deal at $40.
Probably could sell for four or five times that on eBay.
Still, it is amazing to see the lengths people will go.
Well, thanks for the helpful replies guys! There has been one on eBay recently? Maybe it's not as rare as I thought.
Seriously though, I did find this at a garage sale.. This isn't some funny work I did on my own.. I paid a buck for it but it's well worth that to have something to have something so ridiculously atrocious, probably the worst I've ever come across. I thought the (what I'm guessing is) white out was a real nice touch. Still though, I suppose I should actually check to see if the game works. Maybe it's a RaRe ProTO.
On second thought maybe I wont test it. This game just gives me bad vibes like some kind of The Ring type scenario is gonna happen. Y'know.. If I start the game I'll get a phone call that says I have 7 days to live.
Maybe I'll just stuff it in a box for a few years and think about it. Ah, video game collecting. That's the good life!
If anyone else has any atrocities to share rivaling this one, post em up.
That's awesome. Somewhere way back in my blog there's a similar fan-made label of a Sega CD game (sadly my brain sucks and I don't remember exactly which game) done in very similar fashion. RaR Pro-TO indeed!
I bet you got screwed and it's really a SMB/DH.
I've heard about this cart -- it was the Nigerian bank account scammers' first attempt at separating people and their money. They were originally going to sell Combats as Pitfall IIs but they couldn't develop the tech in time.
dude almost as good as finding random kids signatures!!
i got a GT with Jeffrey Browns special "Game" message inside!!
Peter Chou is a bad man!

I have Charlie Miller's copy of Mega Man 2. I have no idea who Charlie Miller is but after buying his game at Funcoland back in the mid 90's I, for some reason, couldn't bring myself to clean off his signature from the back of the cart. It's become a collectible for me in some strange bizarro world kind of way. I have the same freaky attachment to other people's game saves I find sitting on cartridges I purchase.
If anybody knows Charlie Miller let him know I have his game and I'd like to meet him.
You should try out the cart at least. If you sell it on ebay and it turns out to be Where's Waldo or something horrible, then you'll be eaten by monkies.
btw guy above me , you should say 'totemo', 'geemu' instead of 'bideo geemu' and 'tanosii' or 'sugee/sugoi' or something in ur sig.
I Just spoke to Charlie Miller and he wants his "fucking game back now, you thief! I'm gonna kill you! You killed my brother!"
I don't do drama, so I just gave him your address.
