    Default NES Case Mod

I'm not sure if there's a similar thread around for something like this since I can't search for NES or MOD because they're under 4 letters. Anyway, I recently scavenged my childhood NES from my Grandma's house only to find that it is now without any cable, controllers, games, or even a hood. But I already have a working so that just means I get to make something cool out of this one. Does anyone have any suggestions of things they've wanted to do or have seen done with an NES? I don't carry a lunchbox around so that one's not much good. I was thinking maybe turning it into a storage container for my GBA games since they're all loose. Ideas/pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Build the nes into a tv set that would be pretty cool. As for the case id say it would make a pretty nifty toaster
For lucky best wash, use Mr. Sparkle.

If the guts are still good, you could build this.

Got to opening up and disassembling the NES last night after finding a screwdriver that would reach in there. Here are some pictures of it so far.

    Here's the empty case.

I have to find a way to file down or cut off those little studs on the case.

Here's the guts and the cartridge slot.

    What to do with these?

And here it all is together.

So that's it so far. Got everything safely separated without destroying anything. I wanted to keep the components functional in case I decided to use them for something.
