It looks like an prototype, there is a lot of wrong words on game story as example, but if you consider that an official prototype strangely just don't exist so this version can be the only prototype of this game that you can have

You already seen any copy of ninja gaiden before? There's no official prototype cart in this world and this is the only way to have this game in cart format, the rom found on internet was dumped from an pirate cart. Say "looks like an prototype game" is not say "it's a prototype game", game have wrong words on story and some stages have glitches so this looks like an prototype, an unfinished work, you understand that?

Negative. I have a prototype cart of this and it came from the archives of GameFan. Bare board 4 EPROMS if I recall correctly along with a bunch of other stuff, so "yes", there is an official genuine prototype of the game that exists.

The prototype was dumped and put on a pirate multicart/pirate cart. THis is similar to what happened with EON Man for NES when no one found a prototype until way after the fact...my prototype has not been dumped, but the title screen looks the same, and the ROM is similar AFAIK, but I don't know 100%...I just know it's authentic based on where I got it from, so this pirate cart is technically just a copy of a proto.
