The one thing I hate? The factor I've tried downloading Pac Man World 2 and it keeps going "OH NOEZ IT ONLEE WERKS OWN EXPEE", and the factor that there's no option to set original Xbox games to widescreen on a 360.
The 360, RRoD, E70, MS Points, etc.
Vista, crashes, BSoD, Load time, etc.
Zune and other failures
You LIKE them?

You might regret making this topic, there are a lot of 360 fans here.
I don't hate any of the 3 companies, but they sure have done some things that have added up to made me think I hate them.
Microsoft:
The games are great but I don't like the 360 console.
-It has one of the worst names of any system ever made (I would probably put TurboGrafx as the worst) and I honestly think it's very ugly. Though neither of those points change how the games play.
-Poorly made, you buy it, play games on it for a year, then suddenly it whips out it's RRoD and smacks you in the face.
-The controller feels very durable but the A/B/X/Y/RB/LB/Guide buttons and D-Pad feel like something from a cheap phone, they don't feel suitable for games.
Sony:
-I used to hate the quality of their products, breaking down within a year. Looks like they've fixed that.
Nintendo:
-I want compilation games like Capcom and Sega does, I don't want to buy each classic game individually for $30 (or $5-$10 on VC). But, I'm sure if Capcom and Sega had a console they would do the same thing.

"Tell her you want to slide a hot throbbing cartridge in her warm tight console port. And if it starts blinking and flashing to just slide it back out and blow on it a little."--Sothy
The one thing that annoys me the most about Microsoft's gaming division is the reliability of the 360. After that, it's the 360's lack of full backwards compatibility with the original Xbox.

If you want to play Xbox games, get an Xbox. All BC does is limit the technology on the current system.

I don't even understand the first one, but I'm not sure the second one is right. Doom III works in Widescreen for me.
I don't have any reason to hate them. There are some things I wish they'd do different, like making all original XBox games BC, providing built-in Wi Fi and making their systems less prone to breakdowns, but otherwise their stuff has provided me with some very nice gaming experiences.
I guess the most annoying thing about Microsoft is that for some reason it causes so many fanboys to seethe with inexplicable, irrational rage. That gets old.
you know what i hate having to stand up and walk my lazy ass all the way to my snes just to turn it on hopefully one day in the future they will add a button to the controller that turns systems on by themselves.

You know what I hate most about Microsoft? I hate that whole URNOTE campaign. What the hell was that all about? And the iPod? Come on. Screw you Microsoft.

I hate the green beans they give you in microwave frozen dinners. No matter how long you cook them their alway's still crunchy...
Microsoft my ass.
I hate pretty much everything Microsoft does in the computer world, but in the video game world it's a very different story. Overall, I think they did a pretty good job. People like to hate them because of the failure rates, but they extended the warranty for three years, for free. I think that perhaps the gravity of such a move is mostly lost on people now that we're so acclimated to it, but I try not to forget the gesture.
All things considered, they could have been much more evil about it, like trying to tack on some sort of "Extended Warranty Buy-in Fee" or something, but they didn't. They did exactly what a company with billions of dollars on-hand should have done in that particular situation, in terms of what was best for the customer rather than their wallet, and it makes me want to continue supporting them, at least on the video game side of things.
Recent 360 owner, and I don't know what there is to hate about MSoft?!?
Your machine breaks (if it is within 3 years) they pay to send it back to them and fix it. New 1 yr warranty. Also the website is very robust for tracking the your machine and customer service is very friendly (my experience).
Yes they make/made a flawed product, but they did not cover it up and they are trying to do the right thing. At this point I think we all know what we are getting when we buy a non-Jasper 360 (kinda like cigs but without the warning!).
I am not a fan boy and have probably 100 more PS games than MS games, but few companies have responded so well to a major defect/issue, so I give them their due.
Hate? Nah, I have much better things to do with my time. At the end of the day, Bill Gates and the M$ Board of Directors are businessmen. They're there to make money by running a successful profitable company.
I really, really dislike Windows therefore I just don't use the damn thing; I only use it when I really have to. I prefer Apple's stunning hardware designs and OS, and the way everything just works how it should. I do have Win7 x64 installed on the Mac Pro though and everything seems fine for running Visual C#.
The Xbox 360 hardware is just shocking and a very costly embarrassment to the company. Yeah, it may have the games but everyone in the world knows that 360s RRoD.
I use M$ Office 2008 Mac on a daily basis to organise my entire life. It syncs perfectly with my iPhone and does everything I need it to do all in one application. There are some slight annoyances with Mac Office, but overall I really like it; I've been using it since the '04 version.
I also have to give the company huge credit for the entire XNA Game Studio programme. What Sony started with PlayStation Yaroze has evolved into so much more through XNA on the 360 and I think it's a really good thing.
I hate how Microsoft didn't add a "2" or "Super" to the title of their second console. How dare them add a "3" in "360" when this isn't even their third system
