If it were just the originating post, it might just be venting, but when he keeps arguing the point...it sounds more like he really believes it.

Kupo knows this already, but I'm 1000/1000 in Street Fighter IV. And I did it with a fightpad.

The high jump is pretty much a cancel. Get that high jump motion in right as you do that light punch, then Burst Time immediately after that.
