Really, hasn't pretty much everything that could be said about ET, Big Rigs, or the Action 52 been said already?
Then again, he did do NES X-Men and Deadly Towers. But still.

Happy to be the first one in this thread telling that I did own a Cross Fire boardgame. I saw the video review James did about this board game and all I can say is ... visual effects and mega trip ads parody, but not a review like I was expecting... but at the same time, there is not much else to say about this game.
Personnally, I've never saw the commercial he mentions, maybe because it was not translated in french or maybe I just don't remember it.
Long time no see. Still playing my coleco games?

Oh, he's got another boardgame up? I actually remember a different commercial with an equally memorable theme.
By the way, what was the name of that one that was sort of like Battleship in real time, played on a huge mat with shooting disks?

Oh, man, that Crossfire video was awesome! I remember seeing the damn commercial for that so much as a kid, but I never bought the damn game... at that point, I already had an NES, so why bother?
He did a Top Ten video on Indiana Jones.

and also, here's another of his You Know What's Bullshit videos

He should totally do "Crossbows and Catapults" on "Bored James".
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
That game rawked!
I don't think I ever once played it correctly. I figured out that buy doubling the rubber bands on my crossbows and catapults, I could shoot them across the room and demolish my opponent in one shot.
As well as shoot my friend in the face with the catapult.
Does anyone know what the deal is with recent AVGN videos? They used to be every Tuesday night, no? And then it seemed like they moved it to Wednesday a couple of videos ago, but I still don't see anything in terms of a new video, or even an update on Cinemassacre. Am I wrong in thinking the videos are on a regular basis?
Hmm, guess I got confused with the days. Could have sworn it wasn't usually that late though. Closer to midnight I thought. Oh well, thanks for the response.
I change my comment to be --- until the early 90s. or ... maybe Ill just shut my mouth now.
DERP
guess it's not till next week anyways
I was expecting the new Nerd video to go up Tuesday or Wednesday night, but I hear it’s been scheduled for next week. So don’t worry. Technically, there’s two Nerd videos a month. There’s 5 wednesdays in July, so this does not throw the schedule off, in fact it helps me when I have an extra week. Also, the next video happens to be 20 minutes long which might make it the longest single video since the first Bible Games. And the video AFTER THAT is going to be crazy, so the Nerd is definitely in full gear right now.
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?
It's not a VIDEO game, but the second edition of "Board James" is out, and it has to be one of the best things Mr. Rolfe has ever produced. It's his revisiting of the classic CROSSFIRE.
