I have a huge want and trade list. Do any of you play or collect any old pc dos games? I'm talking mid-80's till around 1997.

Sure do! These are just my boxed games. I have tons of loose floppy games.
Some of these boxed games cost me upwards of $100-150 EACH!
I have an old Tandy that I like to play a couple of games on. What do you have for trade? I'm looking for Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers at the moment.
Oh yes. I'm a console guy but I love old DOS games... well, when they don't suck.
Yeah, I really like adventure games so I collect whatever I can come across that's fun to play. Plenty are for DOS, mostly from the early to mid 90's.
I love finding boxed DOS games, stuff like Space Quest and Master of Orion makes me happy. Let's see that list, buddy.
Absolutely! I have many hundreds of PC games, and I would guess a third to a half or so are DOS. Always looking for more. I have 99% of my collection posted on Mobygames

I would also like to see what cost upwards of $100... can't see but maybe one or two in today's market that would go even $60 (Jazz Jackrabbit, Daggerfall), so my curiousity is piqued!
This guy, is un-fucking believable.
I have about four plastic tubs and six or seven Priority Mail boxes filled with games. I've never tried to catalog them anywhere other than MobyGames (and even then, the list is very incomplete). Maybe I'll do so soonish...
I used to... Sold them all on ebay last february/march with the rest of my game collection before I moved to Japan. Got some good coin for the Infocom lot but the rest didn't bring much. Not many collect them.
Boxed computer games take up soo much room... They're neat and all, but to be honest unless it's an old RPG game with all the extras they aren't worth collecting. I'm fine with having them all on Dosbox.
I did keep my complete boxed copy of Ultima I however.
I see you have a copy of Vampire Masquerade Redemption aaron7! That was the first game I ever worked on when I worked at Activision.
Sort of. I have a ton from my PC days but I don't collect them really:

I have the following old games (pretty sure they all use floppy disks for install - I can open them and look if you want): Monkey Island 2, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Return to Zork, and The 7th Guest. I think most or all of them are Windows format. Haven't played any of them in many years; they've been sitting in a cupboard. I'm now getting ready to move and need to clean out some of this stuff. Anyone interested in buying them, or should I try my luck on Ebay?
