I bought this at Value Village a few days ago. I think its a video/audio cord for an old computer but I am not sure. If it is, anyone know which computer?
It has four composite connections and a 5-pin DIN male connector.

I have a C64/128 cord sitting here also but its no the same. (although I dont have a C64 around to test)
I wish I could find a picture of a TRS-80 video cord...

To be honest, I've seen the same type of connection (5-pin DIN 180) used for older computer keyboards. I had an older keyboard that pre-dated PS/2 that used 5-pin DIN 180.
I don't think this is a console-specific cord, though. It appears to be an adapter for 5-pin DIN 180->RCA (Composite). Also, since it was mentioned, it could work for the TRS-80. My TRS-80 has a 5-pin DIN 180 for the video connection.
I think it's for a C64 as well. Some models had an 8-pin video port, but the pins are lined up such that the older 5-pin cables would still fit. The four RCA jacks should be left/right audio, luma and chroma. Commodore called this "Separated Video", but it's basically S-Video without the S-Video jack.
Failing that, it might not be for a computer, but for a specific monitor... the idea being that you could hook up a separated video source to it's proprietary connector. I'm not sure which that would be though... wouldn't be a Commodore or Atari monitor I don't think.

I wish I had a few computers sitting around to test this on. Its not for a Vic-20, I learned that yesterday.

It could be something for use in a MIDI setup
