That sounds lame. However, it did look almost identical to the arcade version otherwise...
You might also want to look into the Street Fighter Collection on PS2.

Well, he's only asking about SF1, which is only on the Capcom Classics Collection volume 2. That particular one uses the alternate 6 button approach that later cabinets had; I'd imagine the VC version will be the two button turbo one.

You meant to say it's available on Tecmo Classic Arcade for the Xbox. It's not a Taito title and isn't on Taito Legends.

It was released intact on the GBA in Japan in recent years and rated by the ESRB for a North American release last year, indicating it's in the pipeline for an eventual release. So I wouldn't be so sure.

Alleged copyright issues scaring away Nintendo of America from releasing it has largely been popularized by one website that has never revealed it's sources, and many of their claims of copyright violations due to similarities to such things as in-game sound samples are slim at best when compared.

Still, companies are terrified of possibly violating copyright laws so it could just as easily be correct.

Nice...I've said it elsewhere, but Zombies Ate My Neighbors is one of my all-time favorites. Great, great game that everyone needs to play.

I'm sure a lot of us are disappointed we didn't get the new Castlevania right in time for Halloween, but ZAMN is a damn spiffy choice!

Hmm. Too bad, there was a rumor we'd get Pokemon Rumble by the end of October.

Then again, November has the possibility of the new Excitebike game, Castlevania Re-Birth and Cave Story to look forward to.
