Ummm dock sale (AKA back lot sale) at Goodwill today.
Nothing video game related but I did get a nice set of Realistic Minimus-7 bookshelf speakers, a Ti-85 graphing calculator, a JBL On Stage iPod dock, a Trent portable DVD player, and a few other things. Make note all of those things were cheap because they were in questionable working condition. I do hope the Minimus speakers work though, honestly they are much nicer (hi-fi-ier) than the set of Ion DJing speakers I got a few weeks ago.
Check my auctions here! I am in the business of finding off-beat things, including video game stuff!

Ah, I wondered who got this group. I was watching it but honestly, I've been spending way too much lately (especially since OVGE) to drop that much right now on one lot. They looked good in the pic, so are the conditions of these pretty good??
Oh, and congratulations on the find! Glad it went to a collector and not a reseller shop.

So are these original seals? I dont know? This Savers also had Strider sealed and I think Parlour Games sealed but I didnt pick those up. Also saw this Playstation Demo in the cd section. I have no idea what the demo is but it's also sealed...
Sort of finds I suppose... only because I deliberately bought these. Anyone who read the 8-bit magazines of the 80s in the UK should instantly know who drew these...

Condition is amazing for the most part - one of the case hinges is broken, but that's replaceable. Keio had a $9 price sticker on it from a used video game store...someone lost out.
I've spent way too much right now at this point, but I had some extra money at the time and I feel it was worthwhile. I love Sega CD games, and this brings me a few steps closer - now for Snatcher and Space Adventure
First off is the joystick my friend gave me for free.
Church thrift: NES turbo pad $0.50
Salvation Army: HHGTTG on tape $2
Goodwill: Genny Model 2 and Mario 3 Advance $3/each
Library bookstore: Aquaman was $3, and six recent game magazines plus Microserfs brought the total there to $5
Aquaman isn't as horrible as I thought it would be. Also, I looked for a power adapter and RF for the Genny, but didn't find them.
Well... not much today. I think.
VHS Tapes ($1 each):
The Guyver Episodes 1 + 2
Rupan III: Legend of the Gold Babylon
Rupan III: Fuma Conspiracy
Software:
Star Trek: Starfleet Command III (CD + key) - $1
Star Trek Armada II (CD in case) - $1
Windows 2000 Professional (CD with key) - .50 cents
One booth had tons of oldschool anime. I only picked out the stuff that caught my interest, I left behind The Slayers, Project A-Ko, and loads of Macross. These sellers sometimes show up tomorrow with the same items so I'll probably pick up more stuff then.
Selling gaming accessories. Click
Yeah, I think I'm going to S-Video mod it. Maybe I'll wire it up to test this afternoon after class.
Nice on the free iMac. Funny having two indigo iMac G3s found within two weeks... Let me know if you get that working, I'm still learning about these Macs. Does it give any POST codes or indication that there's a problem with missing RAM?
