Dirt mall was rather disappointing, mainly overpriced common junk. The trip out wasn't totally worthless, I picked up a FF Crystal Chronicles guide at Goodwill for 75 cents.
And not really a find, but my Club Nintendo Zelda posters arrived today

A few things I picked up this week...
The Nostalgia stuff arrived from Amazon this week. The other games I picked up cheap at a local used game store. My DC collection is a couple games shy of 200. It's only taken 10 years.
"One of the ways I gauge a DS game is by recharges. "...Tycho (Penny Arcade)
skaar: Man I hate you.
Ryaan1234: I use that same brand of RAM, just a slightly slower version, and it's reaaaaaaaaaally good. I've been trying to buy a third stick of RAM for my system but I always run out of money before I can buy one.
Anyway. FINDS.
The Grey Fox VHS - 50 cents. I bough the soundtrack album to this months ago, and got curious about the movie. 50 cents... why not?
Digital Image Suite + Acoustic Alchemy: This Way (CD) - $2
The Dungeonmaster (VHS) + They Hunger (VHS) + All those Jazz CDs - $6
I found a couple Tomy Pocket Games today! Pocket Poker and Sentence Nonsense. Unfortunately they're the absolutely lamest games in the entire line, but for 50˘ each, I couldn't pass them up. I would have killed to have found Obstacle Course. I had that one as a kid, it'd be great to find another one.
I also bought a copy of Outrigger for the Dreamcast for $3, far less than I've seen it around Dallas.
I went down to Athens, TX to get some lunch (the closest location of Mazzio's Pizza to Dallas) and hit some flea markets on the way back, namely Big Daddy's Flea Market and Seven Points Flea Market in Seven Points, TX. I just have to say... whoa. It seems that everyone was selling stuff today. Every little town I drove through had garage sales, resale shops, and bazaars everywhere. Honestly, I didn't have enough time to hit all of them, so I sadly had to pass by them. Unless I started out extra early, there'd be no way I could find the time to stop everywhere I wanted to, that's how many places there were. Next time I get a Saturday off, I'll have to drag my lazy butt out of bed early and head down there again.
$2 for the double player, and $1 each on the others. all of them are still new in the baggies, etc.
I also got Contra Hard Corps complete for the genesis for $5 at Goodwill, forgot to snap a pic of it though
Went to a local store today and got the above for $10 total. This is the first version of Star Trek Strategic Operations Simulator that I managed to get through, as my controller kept freaking out on the C64 version, and it was a pretty good, albeit short game. $5 CIB.
Tombstone City: 21st Century is pretty much a must own for the TI-99 and definitely helped flesh out my collection. $1 CIB.
Dead Dance looked interesting, and it turned out to be a pretty good Street Fighter clone. $4 CIB.
I need to find my TI-99/4a joystick, I forgot where I stored it.
Blackie Lawless (the "evil" guy on the cover of the movie) was/is the lead singer of the 80's metal band "W.A.S.P." which had pretty good music, but were mostly known for their outrageous stage shows, which included "sawing" women in half, spewing fake blood from chainsaws, and all kinds of perverted sex innuendo - it was awesome!

It's been a while since my last finds, hasn't it? Garage sales have been dry the past month, but I did find some stuff this weekend; the best of which is not gaming related (Most of the gaming-related stuff I saw was ovepriced; $10 for Super Mario Bros \ Duck Hunt, among others. However, I did find a few decent things).
- Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock bundle w\ wired guitar (Xbox 360. New): $20
- Alundra 2 (PlayStation. With instructions, no case): $2
I bought that Guitar Hero bundle because I needed a new guitar for Rock Band, and strangely enough, it was cheaper to get it new with GH3 than to get it used by it's self.
Non-gaming finds:
- Windows 95 Companion Disc: $1
- Star Trek: Nemesis (DVD. Used, in like new condition): $3
- Monty Python's Life of Brian (DVD. Used, in like new condition): $3
- Doctor Who: Season 1 box set (DVD. New): $45
I've been hunting for that Windows 95 disc for years, although finding it was overshadowed by getting such a killer deal on that Doctor Who set. Also, the Monty Python DVD is going to be a gift for my sister (She's been trying to find a copy of it for months).
