I agree with "offer them for cost of shipping" however DO NOT give them to a local charity! Think about it, even with your best intentions, even if you tell them when you drop them off that they do not work, the charity is going to lose that information and sell them with the standard disclaimer "un-tested no refunds". That means that some collector is going to go in there an buy them. With no TV to hook them up to and no games to test things out with, they will probably blindly buy them hoping they work only to find that they have spent X amount on your (un-intentional) junk.

Do not donate them!
