Yeah, that's a good one!

Very cool. I own the first 100 issues, give-or-take, and having a list of each cover offers a very handy reference point. Thanks, man!
I run TimeWarpGamer, dedicated to 8/16-bit retro gaming. I'm also on Twitter, which is ideal for following the latest retro updates.
I have the first 247 issues. Is the #1 sample on that list? I just need 248,249, and 250 to complete collection. Anyone want to get rid of these 3 issue, let me know.
I thought of something that would be an excellent addition to this list. Perhaps you already have the info, or, you know where it can be located. It would be great if it also listed what poster came with each issue.
I started a list of posters with each issue but only got to 25 or so with it. I haven't ever been able to find a list with them all on it.
Even that would be helpful, as most of the better posters are in earlier issues. Could you post what you have?
February 2010 - NBA Jam
March 2010 - Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver
Sorry for the low quality image. As you can see, I stole this one from eBay.
This issue also has some concept art for Sonic 4, which I think is posted in the Sonic 4 thread.
They seem to be drifiting away from the curiously subdued style noted previously.

April 2010 - Scribblenauts 2 (Now called Super Scribblenauts)

nice work, i have my fun club mags sitting right here in front of me!
Great guide. Thank you.
May 2010 - Super Mario Galaxy 2
There is also a special Mario edition out this month, consisting of stickers, posters and such. I'm having problems finding an image of the cover.
June 2010 - Metroid: Other M
Ooh, hand-drawn art. I'd be nice to think they actually paid for a special comission, but that seems unlikely.
What's this new Bonk game?

I think it'd be neat if they did another clay figure cover for their 300th issue, or some other milestone. Maybe even give more of the magazine a slight retro-feel for that month. (Even they should know that every once in a while, the retro fans should be indulged, considering things like the new classic Megamans.) I remember in the 100th issue they brought back a small Nester comic, although it was by another artist and was generally a bit weak, at least the thought counted.
That said, I'm reminded that it's one of my goals to own decent-quality versions of NP #1-100, which I'll probably get back to later this year or next. Those were fun times of the magazine, and I already have a fair amount of them, so it wouldn't be too incredibly painful(or too much more difficult to store)..
Although I wonder if there would be better ways of storing them than in cardboard boxes, which are a pain to dig through.. How does one store large numbers of old magazines while keeping them safe, but space efficient and not incredibly difficult to find/get the one you're after?
