Hang in there guys... I haven't been getting PM notifications and hadn't checked in on the forums lately (going into week 3 of double-shift hell at work). Sorry for the delay - there have been some crossed wires about whether or not everything shipped, as I boxed everything and handed it off to the Mrs. to send out... and she didn't because her car went into the shop a week ago... with the boxes still sitting safely in the trunk. (It was the least of her worries at the time.)

Everything will ship out Monday A.M. - I'll see to it myself this time. Sorry again for the long wait.
