    Default Atari Jaguar

Question. My video game dealer has acquired an Atari Jaguar he is putting up for sale, and he insinuated I have first dibs, its most likely going to be mine. Only problem is he has no price to give it. I checked on ebay and got random as hell prices that show no correlation. 170 bucks for the system and 3 games, but then 100 bucks for a system and 14 games....If someone would be willing to just tell me a fair price for the system it'd be much obliged. Please and thank you.

I bought mine brand new from Songbird Productions a few years ago for something like $80 and he's still selling them brand new for $100.

If it's a used console that is complete with the box, power supply, AV cable, and controller, I'd only pay around $50 for it if I were you.

$100 will buy you a brand new system from reputable online retailers.

I bought one boxed on ebay for 50 dollars. It was practically new. 100 dollars is too much especially if used.

$50-60. Anything more is a rip unless there is a composite or S-Video cable.

As said above, $50 - $60 for a console complete with hookups and controller would be a wise price ceiling, unless your friendly salesman wants to bundle some games in with that for you. I bought my console brand new from an online retailer years back for 70 or 80 bucks, but that was in 2001 or so.

    Food for thought:

$99 brand new, or $75 like new. That gives you something to aim for.
