Is this a Colecovision Protoype?

I measured the board against all consoles, and they match up perfectly with the other Colecovision games I have. What other information would you need to determine if it is a prototype or not? Thanks for the response.

I think it's pretty common for Coleco carts to have EPROMs... not necessarily a proto. Here's a thread asking the same thing about a Frenzy EPROM cart (and also has another thread linked from that): http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=139818 .
