Using the North American design or other Saturn controllers on PC?

Yeah, it's just that near all USB ones are the same popular Japanese style. No choice or variety.

My topic title was referring to that generally forgotten American layout:

Not forgotten, just ignored. I actually had no real issue with the original American pad until I tried the 3D pad and the Japanese SS version.
