I decided to splurge on something nice last week. Snatcher was my number one pick, but it kept leaping out of my budget. Placed a bid on this copy of Silvergun 6 hours before it was over, expecting to lose immediately. That wasn't the case.

Really? People go rabid over this thing every time I try to win it. (And usually, for that matter.) One went for $177 a few days prior. News of the 360 port seems to be kicking-in already!

Anyway, this copy is nearly pristine. Shiny case, smooth manual, and spotless disc round out the package.

You guys have no idea what it's like to have a video card that's the equivalent of a PS3 die out on ya and be left with a replacement that has the power of a GAME AND WATCH. Piece of crap can't even run Half-Life 1 at an acceptable level!

Thanks man. this is my first Game and Watch... i've always wanted some (a few of my friends had some when we were kids), but never was able to justify cost on pretty much every one i've seen (all at cons... none in the wild elsewhere). i was able to justify $25 on this one

I've wanted a copy forever but I can't justify buying it at that price. So once the 360 version knocks it down even further I'm going to try and scoop up one for $50 or less.

That's a great price for Radiant Silvergun, or has the price has really dropped as of late? I'd love to buy a copy for around that price myself.

Exactly what I've been hoping for. Though, I suppose I could go as high as 70-80 for it, if it won't go any lower. Anything over that is simply too rich for my blood. And while I am one of the biggest anti-DLC proponents around, I made an exception for Ikaruga, and I'll make one again for RS; I've got a ton of free MS points I've accumulated over the last couple years so I won't feel too guilty for this one (I wasn't going to spend them otherwise).

The N64 stuff came off Kijiji at an amazing price. Couldn't believe my luck with this one.

The 6 NES games and the Gamecube Zelda were very nice additions to my collection... except for FireHawk haha.

Bomberman. Already gone and taken. Was 99cents at Value Village. It was complete and Minty.

It really depends on the bidders right now. Copies aren't flying at high prices as usual. A couple of $150 BINs have sat around a while recently, and I'm certain it's due to the incoming port, but you never know.

A physical copy of the game has been a goal of mine since I got a Saturn. Even though Live is getting it soon, I just couldn't resist trying for a relatively cheap copy.

In any case, I wish you the best of luck in getting one too. But, then again, there's always the Live port. We'll have to see what happens when that gets out this year. Price-crash? Surge of interest in physical copies? Ooh, the mystery....

The NDS Lite was marked 10, I offered 7 for that with Star KOTOR II which was marked a buck. I asked about the charger for the DS Lite and the kid said he would have to check back at home but when I stopped back he didn't get a chance to look but I decided to buy the Halo games when I stopped back. He instead offered me all of the Xbox games left for 2 and I ended up getting the controllers added in for another buck making the total 10. 10 OBO on the GBA to which I offered 5. The last four were from a indoor community deal that was set up like a church sale and were .25 each.

LATE..as I did an Easter Seals Walk with me event this morning..

Vendors were packing up so I rushed to what I could see..Sure lots of stuff left but still at high prices..$40.00 for a beat up NES deck with no RF >take it home with you..

Dad picked up a big shelf for $20.00

I picked up a PS2 Slim for $10.00 and a 10mm wrench for my Honda NSR 50s gear shifter(to adjust)$1.00


Otherwise there were piles of junk in and in front of the trash bins .as I walked past a bin to go to the car I spotted the Genesis system and Playstation just sitting on a box in front of a big trash bin..FREE Stuff=Good.

As I bagged it up a lady was digging in the bin and started handing me things,.Empty PSP case,.DVD cases,misc items to see if I wanted them..The two boot movies were with what she handed me..

Other stuff I grabbed was a Crate,& two boxes for survalence cameras..Two Plant water jugs..Free Stuff.

Picked up Phantasy Star Portable 2 on PSP from Best Buy for $15. They had it marked down to $19.99 and I had a $5 Off Rewards Zone coupon handy.

I also noticed that The 3rd Birthday was also marked down to that price but didn't pick it up. I'm still holding out hope that Tactics Ogre falls into that price range eventually.

Been really busy so I haven't been watching or posting, but I have made a few finds and am gonna wrap up July with them all at once:

From the same group/owner, I left behind copies of FF VII (GH version) for $25, FFVIII, FF Chronicles, and quite a few other nice games that I either own or just didn't want to pay the relatively high price for.

Half Price Books - July 30:

Virtual Hydlide (Saturn) - $4.50 (after coupon) Another game in great shape, complete, with the foam and everything. Only bad is that the spine art is a little sun faded.

I now have every color Gamecube controller except for the special edition Club Nintendo ones that were only released in Japan, and the Indigo/Clear one. I even have the Wii White one and the Emerald Green one.
