I don't believe that the PS3 has any exclusive content or control features.

So, I think that you can go by the reviews for the 360 version to get an idea of what the whole of the game entails.

I really enjoyed the demo but I'm thinking that the price will drop or that it'll get a Playstation PLUS discount in the future. I'll get it then.

$10 or less seems like a more reasonable price to me.
