    No. Sonic 2 was included with one of the Mega Drive II bundles. I just can't find a picture showing me or someone telling me that it has a not for resale sticker.

    Edit:

    This is the best picture of the bundle I could find online:



    It doesn't show the cartridge or have the sticker though...
