Books about Nintendo and Tengen
Are there any good books/essays/whatevers about the relationship between Nintendo and Atari/Tengen in the NES days? What I've gleaned on Wikipedia and the like makes it seem like a very interesting topic, but I'm not sure if there's any extensive reading on the subject.

I found Game Over to be a bit too pro-Nintendo, but it does go into more detail about Tengen and things like Tetris than any other source does.
retronauts at 1up.com did a podcast about this topic. it was really good.
