No, just the standard NES controller. I've, unfortunately, never gotten to use an Arkanoid controller. Is the game any easier with or without one?

I've never played the NES Arkanoid either way, so I'm not sure. But I'd imagine it'd be easier though since it's analog (I think).

More of the same, but all the moments from the first episode that made the game tense have been ramped up. I did keep having an issue with both slow downs and lag, but it didn't take away from the overall game.

I can't imagine why a game like The Walking Dead would have lag and slow down.

Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (NES, 1/5/12)
    Final Fantasy (NES, 2/20/12)
    Metroid (NES, 5/26/12)

    Arkanoid (NES, 6/28/2012)
    Battleship (NES, 7/4/2012)

Lots of levels make for a pretty good version of Battleship. Easy 4 digit passwords. The end of certain rounds can get really long and boring.

Beat this one early this morning while watching some Ebay auctions end. Nothing really exciting to report. If you've played it, you know how this game is. Boring.

As for the auctions, outbid at the last second on all of them.

About a week ago I finally beat Mario Lost Levels on the All-Stars SNES cart. Never really got around to it when I had the game as a kid so once I came across it again, after playing through Mario 3, I tackled The Lost Levels all the way though without warping. Luckily when you die you start again at the level you Game Over'd at, and not the beginning of the world because I died A LOT. After I finally beat it I celebrated by playing though Mario 3 again.

Just beat Ghosts 'n Goblins on NES for the first time today. Yes both playthroughs to the congraturation screen. Never felt more satisfied beating any game in my life. I have had it since I was a kid and have attempted it countless times but to finally do it, man it feels amazing

What have I beat recently? I beat Resistance for PS3 a couple months ago, I was skeptical but ended up liking it. Also I finally got around to beating Sonic Generations. I thought this game was great. Was a good throw back, and it was a mix up of all the classic levels from most the good past Sonic games. I recommend this game to anyone even casually into Sonic the Hedgehog.

Been so damned busy. I "beat" Forza 4, and am SLOWLY working through Metal Gear Solid 4. Haven't conquered any retro game tapes yet this season. Played a few here and there, but haven't been able to completely work my way through any yet...

since i had to re buy half life 2 and such due to valves stupid cd key binding procedures i bought orange box which came with portal (which i already had for xbox 360) thought what the hell lets give it a romp to see how different it is on the pc. kinda went through it quicker with the mouse and keyboard setup then with a controller. Not bad!
