It's a one slot with a purple header top.
Is this some kind of trick question?
An actual pic of the machine would be helpful, detailing of the scratches.
I don't think Neo Geo used any kind of screen printing on the glass, so you're probably just looking at a piece of glass or plexi, give or take anti-reflective this-or-that.

Ok, I got a lot of info from a member here. I didn't know there was so much envolved in finding a good arcade.
This is it. He said I can have it for $300. I know its not a real NG arcade but with this, can I still change the game and headders?

Personally, $100 tops for that cabinet. Pretty beat up conversion and it's only a single slot. If you keep looking and wait you can find a nice dedicated four slot for $200 - $300 on average. It's not like Neo Geo setups are rare or anything. Don't let the Neo Geo crowd convince you the cabinets are worth their weight in gold, that'll be where the cartridges come in.
Why is there a game select button? Is it a one slot? Maybe the button is unused?
Anyway, if it has a neo-geo cart in it you can change the game. If it's jamma you can put in any jamma board you wish as well. You'd have to flip the monitor to play vertically scrolling games though.
Is it a good deal? Depends, Is the monitor good? Do the coin mech's work? Is the cabinet solid? Does it have any moisture damage or chips/chunks broken off? -It's hard to see in the pictures.

$100 sounds about right to me too, depending on cab condition and screen burn. Looks like a Capcom Dynamo with a 25" monitor. It's a great all-purpose cab, but they're extremely common. I paid less than $100 for mine.
KoF 10th Anniversary is a bootleg MVS hack... not an official cart and not really worth anything. As far as authenticity this cab fails on every level.
wOW, thanks guys. I was just about to sell my Turboxpress and some other pricey things to get it. Glad you guys came in.
$100 - $125 will do. You'll have to fix the rust on the screw near the buttons.
