Looking for some help getting my Minecraft server ready for public. 37.59.165.207

Had a small issue with the few people who tried to join, looks like I built a large moat of lava rigt in the spawn. I think that is fixed. If anyone joins after reading this please post back here and let me know if it's ok now of not. i'm going to set gamemode to creative for now, so if this does happen, simply double tap spacebar to fly out.

Set up my server about a month ago and I am looking for some help getting some stuff build and ready for the public.

IP = 37.59.165.207 (THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SERVER, NOT A HOME SERVER. It's up 24/7)

Looking for help designing some shops and other stuff. I also could use some help for those of you who many have some knowledge with some of the plugins getting the quests up and running. I'm eventually going to advertise this server online and try and make a good not for profit server. Anyone who wants to join I will give you admin rights, and set you to creative mode so you can build faster, ban oeople, etc.

Right now my server is set up for 20 people, and with only a few people on at a time this will give us enough MB to do some serious editing. Currently I am usng WorldEdit Plugin and it's working pretty well. I have the outline of my main city up, a huge pyramid, and the beginnings of a favela. I'm going for a MMO type server with some designated PVP areas, and quests that take you all over the map. I am going for a realistic look (no pokemon or stuff like that). People who might be pretty good at making cool statues would be a great help as well. Below i'm going to list a few of the plugins i'm running right now. Feel free to jump in, and if the server is empty build as you please and we can copy and paste your stuff later. World Edit (world editing tool)
World Guard ( allows passwords to be set for chests, and defining regions to prvent griefing)
MCMMO (gives mine craft some mmo like qualities like levels for swords, mining, etc.)
Buycraft (helps set up a economy)
and I also have quite a few tools for rolling back griefs, and detecting cheating.

I am really hoping to make this a cool server. so come be part of it and help out. Like I said earlier the server is non profit, however it will accept donations. And I will remember the people who helped out. So if it ever does make money you'll be part of that.
