solid grey colored n64

does anybody have one of these or know anything about them? i have a picture that was cut out of a magazine (it was either time or people magazine) a long time ago, before the n64 was released and it is solid light grey. i've never seen one anywhere else, a guy i talked to on gametz claims to have one but he could be lying. any info?

From what I know, before the N64 had its name finalised, it was goingto be called the Ultra 64, and going to be grey. Then, nintendo had a flash of genius and decided to change everything a couple of months before the release.
So, no grey console, unless I missed something.
