I support this as it's a BIG part of what I do.

With that said, looking for handouts seems kinda cheesy.

A "handout" would entail that I would be the sole beneficiary of this.
I'm looking for contributions to something that will benefit everybody.
You buy systems to refurbish (and I assume, resell) and that's totally cool, but I'm not doing anything for profit.
I'm trying to teach people how to do something in a precise, comprehensive, and entertaining fashion.
