    Biggest find in awhile.

There's some kinda extra booklet in the case too, I thought it was the disc loose inside but it isn't. There's a little crack on the front and the shrinkwrap is peeled on the corner somewhat by the orange price tag. Usual bit of wear on the edges but otherwise really good. I want to sell it and there's only one sitting on eBay for $210 with one having sold for $165 recently. Not sure what to ask for it!
    In Heaven, everything is fine.

If it were me with those other ones on there I would drop it on Ebay with a BIN of $150 with free shipping and let it sit.

Thats similiar to my 3DS find a few months ago. I was at a flea market and a guy had a 3DS system that included a cart only copy of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D. He wanted $50 for it but it didn't have a charger so I offered him $40. He met me in the middle at $45 and I went on to sell MGS: SE 3D on ebay for $20 the next day.

Picked this up at a garage sale for $30. IT came with 5 cables that aren't even for it, but can never have to many cables!

Decided to take a drive out to the Mansfield Drive-In Flea Market in Central CT today. I haven't been there in about a month. The last time I was there I can home with a $1 Sega Master System controller. This week I did considerably better. Check out my finds video, and tell me how stupid I was for passing on the items I DIDN'T bring home.

    Finds:
    Startropics 2: Zora's Revenge (NES) - $4
Nintendo Gamecube Gameboy Player (no Disc) - $4

Super Star Wars (SNES) - $3
    Disgaea: Hour of Darkness (PS2) - $4

Tiny Toons Adventures (NES) - $4

    Total: $19

Stopped into a mom n' pop store near my work and found a complete 688 Attack Sub for Genesis for $5. Yesterday I rescued a CIB WarioWare: DIY on DS from the clutches of an evil Gamestop for $7. I tried to hit up some thrifts and pawn shops yesterday but didn't get to go to as many as I wanted because they're located in a part of town I always get lost in for some reason. I hit a thrift and a Goodwill but didn't find anything other than some Snoopy glasses/cups for $2. I tried to go one pawn shop but found out they moved to another location. The other pawn shop I did go into didn't have anything worthwhile.

I did find a plastic bin at Wal-Mart that fits my Laserdisc/Laseractive collection perfectly. It doesn't match the rest of my totes but I can hardly be arsed about that as I was able to fit my entire collection of discs into the box.

Put it up for $130, highlighting the damage. Get paid!

Halo 2 Circuit City Promo Watch - $1
Casio Data Bank (watch only) - $1
    Tamagachi - $.69
    Dark Forces PS1 - $7
    Spider PS1 - $7
    Bubsy II - $7
    Battletoads in Battlemaniacs - $7

Looney Tunes Talking Clock - $3
    Rockies Collectable Bobblehead - $3
Vintage Tupperware Vegetable Tray - $2
Vintage Tupperware other thingy - $2 (not pictured)
Rock Band Wii Beatles Hofner Bass - $3.50 (not pictured)

The Rock Band Hofner Bass seems to carry some monetary weight to it, however, with batteries and power this thing just constantly and quickly blinks. From what I've read it's either malfunctioning or the batteries are toast. Does anyone have some experience with plastic instruments? Should I sell it for parts or just return it?

    Also,
The vender I bought the games from (an older latino lady, ended up bargaining with her in Spanish), seems to have no clue how much the games she's selling are worth. She had a couple tables full of them and would just price them all a base price, except anything Nintendo or Mario related were inflated considerably. $15 for a sadly, sun-faded, copy of Wario Ware, Inc for the GC. However, Battletoads in Battlemaniacs, $7. I bought Spider and Dark Forces because I've never seen them in the wild and they were complete and the discs perfect.

So remember that SMS thread I made where I was all excited to start nabbing master system stuff and got cut off from it when the seller cancelled my PowerBase Converter sale out of greed?

    Blessing in disguise.

No more than a half hour later, I came across another lot (for the game boy), looked at what was included, and snatched it up immediately.

Atomic Purple GameBoy Color Console (shown working in another pic)
    Monopoly GB (CiB!)
T2 The Arcade Game GB (CiB!)
    Tetris 2 GB (CiB!)
Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land GB (loose)
    Donkey Kong GB (loose)
Power Rangers The Movie GB (loose)
Spiderman and XMEN Arcade's Revenge GB (loose)
Super Mario Bros Deluxe GBC (loose)
    Lemmings GBC (loose)
    Spiderman 2 GBC (loose)
    Driver GBC (loose)
Star Wars Ep. 1 Racer GBC (loose)
and a loose GB mystery cart.

Total price with shipping included: $40

I still have my childhood GBC so I can resell the console and a few of the games that I don't enjoy for at least half what I paid for the whole lot. It's been a struggle, but now, at the end of the day, I'm finally feelin' good.

I'll make a followup post when I find out what's on the mystery cart.

Yes. Because... *drumroll* it's the EXACT same game.

Atari was so lazy when they got the rights, that the BanDai splash screen still shows on boot up.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
