Can't Think of a Game's Name

I'm guessing it's probably not it, but would it happen to be any of the Civilization, Sim, or SimCity games? Or perhaps a TONKA truck game?

I do know those games, and looked up some of the Tonka Truck games, but sadly it isn't any of them, thanks for the help thou
