Controller charge port broke off and fell inside the controller..contacted Hyperkin about it and they'd prefer that I send in console unit in addition to just the controller. I hadn't done it yet and probably won't given that the console itself is fine and the controller is garbage and I generally stick to the originals anyway.

Other than that, my experience with the Retron 5 is solid.
