Default PS4 Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris has a physical disc?

is there a physical disc for this title?

Best buy is showing pre owned copies for sale but the picture shows the cover of the DLC.
I heard that there is collectors edition which comes with a disc but that it is an overseas only release.

There actually is no full retail release for the game. If you look closely at the pic, in the upper right, it says "Game download code. Game disc not included".
Mika: Where are you taking me, Gillian?
Gillian: To look at videos on YouTube...
Mika: *sigh* No more videos of a drunk Harry dancing with a dead Snatcher...
Giliian: Nope, it's better...Its LiquidPolicenauts YouTube Videos!
Gillian: And after that, you should also visit

I saw that the other day then did the double take to see it was a download voucher inside which made me mad that even exists and why they'd waste money on it, but also knowing it does physically exist in PAL regions made it sting even more.

There is no US release version with a disc. There is a European version that has a disc. Not sure what BB would actually send you since inside the US case is just a paper voucher and if it's used, it would likely be already redeemed.

So how does bestbuy offer new and used copies?
Can I trade in my used code to best buy for credit?

Apparently they don't. If you check their trade-in site, the game is not listed as trade-in eligible. Also, the used version is not available for shipping or at any store, so it's kind of a moot point.
