I also like Classic Game Room. I'm glad CGR came back to YouTube.
I used to like Mark but he has gotten stale. He seems more interested in shilling his CGR junk, and begging for money, than anything else. It's funny how they built their entire empire on fucking donations and they still need to beg. Now he's just getting greedy. It would be nice if he did a collab with another youtuber, like the others do.
Oh yeah, there is an upcoming videogame convention in Oaks, PA called TooManyGames on June 26-28. These guys are supposed to be there:
James and Mike
Pat and Ian
Gamesack
Gamechasers
AlphaOmegaSin

I can't stand that guy Ian.
I like Ian, he's the complete opposite of phony Pat. He says what's on his mind, doesn't give a shit what people think, and stays humble.
My three favorite channels are:
Turbo Views https://www.youtube.com/user/spida1a
Happy Console Gamer https://www.youtube.com/user/HappyConsoleGamer
The Game Chasers https://www.youtube.com/user/Captain8Bit
I really like Dangerboy's channel. Big focus on Playstation, though I have seen some for other consoles. Very informative and he covers a huge amount of games. I'm always seeing things on there that I had no idea even existed. Good stuff.

[QUOTE=homerhomer;2020386]Kimble Justice - More Sega reviews, sort has stopped reviewing them lately, some good stuff though
Kimble is great, he makes quality videos, and is a straight down to earth dude. Probably my favorite Brit youtuber, him and Caddicarus have that shit on lockdown...
This thread is sloppy. I intend on going thru and posting everybody's recommendations/links in the OP, because there are some great channels mentioned. I'm just a bit lazy... Just look at how I tried to quote "homerhomer" there at the top. Sigh....

A good channel I've just discovered recently is Neo Turbo Maniac
https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCvs3lhJluY4TUkVC3GzwuLA
He does Neo Geo and TurboGrafx reviews and I think he deserves more views and subscribers.
I recommend them Atari Vintage Players

all Games of Atari
Recently found one called Famicom Dojo. Looks like a collab between 2 Nintendo geeks. Mostly Nintendo/Famicom related stuff. One guy is an American living in Japan, the other guy stateside and looks like Tom Green. They recently did an episode on the Famicom Data Recorder and it's really interesting and informative.

I tried some of these channels. The Game Historian kinda reminds me of Tom Arnold.
Youtuber i found about through others project coe.

Here's one called Console Wars. A Genesis geek and Super Nintendo nerd compare games that were released on both systems. Nothing serious, it's silly on purpose. Some of the skits and jokes can get a bit too nonsensical at times but it's good fun. Looks like it's done with a small budget but with work and effort, and that's the charm.

I just stumbled on Gaming History Source. They've got a series called Let's Compare, which compares various ports of classic games. Curious about what the best home version of Donkey Kong is? It's in there.

SNES Drunk. Guy does bite-sized and straight to the point videos. No need for 30 second long intros or anything like that. He asks simple questions. Is it worth playing today and why the hype? Even though I don't really care for the system he mostly talks about, I can appreciate the quality of it and can be quite funny sometimes. He throws some Sega stuff in the mix once in a great while and I wish there was more, to be honest.

Yeah, I like his channel a lot too.
Forgive me if these have already been mentioned:
https://www.youtube.com/user/MichaelBtheGameGenie
https://www.youtube.com/user/DubiousGamingOnline
https://www.youtube.com/user/mylifeingaming
Those are some of the better ones that aren't as popular as the HappyConsoleGamers and AlphaOmegaSins of the world
^Nice recommends. I forgot about "My Life" did they finally break away from that Rerez nonsense?
Been awhile since I've touched this thread. Seems like it's in the wrong place now that there is a video subforum. But that's not my place to decide, doesn't really matter to me.
Just going to make another recommendation for the channel "Cannot Be Tamed". She does some nice reviews and such on the channel. Some of the older vids can be a bit amateurish, but she's stepped up her quality significantly. Nice to get a different perspective, besides the same ole, same ole. Like ultra game nerds that think you know nothing about videogames and talk down to their audience or dudebruh jock wannabe cornballs on the hunt at flea markets. Or maybe Let's play's by screaming lunatics? Get that garbage the fuck outta here. Please. Channels like this deserve attention.
