Default Help! Ms. Pac-Man Screen issue

I attached a link that will bring you to the picture I took of my monitor on my Ms. Pac-Man game. I am hoping this can be fixed without having to purchase a new monitor. Any and all advice will be appreciated. P.S. I am new to the mechanics of arcade games, so please be as detailed as possible.

I'm being told to purchase a cap kit to fix this issue.... How do I figure out if it is a G07 monitor?
