I believe it was Tony Hawk's Pro Skater for the N64...
I was looking for something quick and easy to play, so I picked up THPS1, and played through with Tony Hawk. Nothing like knocking back a few beers and playing one of your favorite games.
Dead Space and Banjo Kazooie N&B.
Working on the original Banjo now and then Tooie.

Every game can be enjoyable, you just need to be more creative with some then others.

Good luck!
I beat Tomb Raider about a week ago, and I just finished Tomb Raider 2. I have to say, Tomb Raider 2 was easier than 1 for some reason. Anybody else think the same?

Tiny Toon Adventures Plucky's Big Adventure for the Playstation.
It is easily the worst game I have ever played to completion, the worst point and click puzzle solver I have played, and the worst game I have played for the Playstation.
Also, there is false advertising in spades. It's not big (it only takes about 30 minutes to play through) and it isn't an adventure. You only get play as Plucky for the first quarter of the game (which is the shortest part) so in reality it's hardly even Plucky's. The cover is very funny. We see Plucky riding a rocket powered bike when there is literally less than four seconds of actual bike riding in the entire game. If I hadn't gotten this game at a garage sale as part of a lot I would be angry that I paid money for it.
I would recommend this game for masochists everywhere.
Also I have finished The Next Glory (Super Sidekicks 3) since then, but I had beaten it before. I don't know if we are counting games we have finished before or not.
Fable 2 was the latest game I beat.
The overall experience was generally fun, but near the end many of the side quests were basically repetitive. After beating the game, the game continues on. I then experienced a glitched quest with rescuing my character's son, and that's when I never turned the game back on :P
The story was interesting but regretfully it also had its weak points. For an experienced gamer my character never died. (It seemed like there were limitless potions, food, etc.) The game was beautiful looking and there were very interesting social interactions with npcs.
Overall, the game is fun and you never get lost in the vast world. (There's a little gold trail to follow on every quest that'll lead you to the objective). I'd recommend for a player who would like to try a unique hybrid action/rpg/sim game.

Silent Hill 5. Not that bad I thought but the american team did exactly the faults I was sure they would do. To much action and to hard.
But quite ok, better than this Silent Hill Origins. But I hope that the japanese will do the next one again because they can do it better.

Fallout 3
I was enjoying it hugely but found it tailed of towards the end and then finished very quickly. certainly the final missions were not so hard. working through settlers VI and olooking forward the C&C3 Uprising
While certainly not all recent, here are some I distinctly remember...
Sonic the Hedgehog (Game Gear) - Did this a few years ago, it was a long day of a substitute teacher way back in high school. The batteries died shortly after!
Sonic 3 + Sonic & Knuckles (Genesis) - I remember beating this fully (all emeralds, super emeralds) with my little brother by my side, we were so excited to see the ending, haha.
Portal (PC) - This one was a lot of fun. Not too recent, shortly after I purchased The Orange Box though.
Super Mario World (SNES) - Beat this on the SNES, then again on the GBA, now working my way through it on the Wii via Virtual Console. Very fun game.
Left 4 Dead (PC) - Although I'm still unlocking achievements and have yet to explore expert mode, haha.
Castlevania: SotN for like the fourth time.
Taking commissions for bead sprite artwork! Check out https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pixxe...29914793751788 to see all the awesome video game pixel art I've made!
Adventures of Lolo last night Last week, SMB2 (never beat it before, but i'd beaten 1, 3, world, yoshi's island, and 64) and - with much repeating of the dreaded act VI- Ninja Gaiden!
One of the games I recently finished was Hunter Wayward Reckoning for the PS2, but I did not complete it twice so I do not have carpenter. And I cannot seem to find any game play of him so I will probably beat it twice.
