My Legend Of Zelda Collector's edition for the GameCube.
Honestly, no idea.
As far as games go, probably my gray cart copy of Turok: Rage Wars.
Within all my games related stuff, probably either my Hideo Kojima/Tetsuya Nomura signed print from SDCC 2014.

Tales of Destiny CIB for PlayStation
had it since release at Toys R' Us
Not sure if other prices have gone up but close second would be Cannon Spike CIB for Dreamcast also had since North American release.
PCエンジン ■ セガサターン ■ シーディーロム² ■ プレイステーション ■ ドリームキャスト
Probably my pre-production prototype Saturn console.
Haven't seen another one in wild other than mine... ^^
Hard to say but if your talking actual rarity wise not value it would be my Frogger 2 n64 unreleased prototype, different from the released version.
Will pay big $$$ for N64 prototypes
For me, every item in my collection is rare but still in case I have to choose one then it will be my speakers by Beats.
I don't have anything SUPER rare, but I do have a few things that are pretty rare.
My Casio Loopy, CIB and in near mint condition would definitely be up there. (It was 400 bucks, so it better be pretty rare!)
I did a video of my Loopy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQh9QVyee3w
I also have a Vectrex, but it's loose. Plumbers Don't Wear Ties for 3DO, Dig Dug for Intellivision, Mean 18 Golf for Atari 7800, and Golden Axe Warrior for Sega Master System are some games I can think of.
Golden Axe Warrior was 16 bucks, boxed with manual, on July 12, 2009 at a going out of business sale, my favorite video game store closed. I would say easily half or more of my pre-PS1 games are from that store.
It's probably not the rarest thing ever, but I also have Zelda Collector's Edition for Gamecube still in its original shrink wrap! I received it for Christmas in 2003, and it's never been opened. 5,202 days in its original wrapper.

Probably my Dreamcast Divers or NES M82 Kiosk. As for games, I don't have that many super rare ones. Maybe Metal Warriors on SNES or Waku Waku 7 Japanese homecart.
My brother and I have a few. From what I remember,. CIB copy of Condor Attack, a CIB copy of Flintstones 2 for NES, a CIB copy of Earthbound, etc
Proud owner of a Neo 25 Neo Geo Candy Cab!
At the moment, it's my 1989 Zelda "Wristwatch" Clock (not like my current collection is large.) InsaneDavid on here has one, too.
