1945Q is a recent model of the CRTs. if I remember correctly it should be a HR Trinitron
ANY PC power cord works, that's what I would up using for my MD PVM. any voltage step up, down, left or what ever is done internally so you just need to feed it wall juice.

if its the one in the pic, from what I can tell its in good shape, if its not a super ton of money I say go for it.
