I've always been a fan of Emerald Dragon, and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes 16-bit RPGs with extravagant cutscenes and melodrama. True, the neat free-roaming battle system would be much better if you controlled more than one character, and yet overall the game's definitely a standout of its era.
