Hmm, too hard to judge man, I woudn't take the risk of buying it without proof though.
Looks kinda bogus to me. But hard to tell. If he did make it himself, he did an extremely nice job.
I like Nintendo's, They are Super.
Wouldn't you think that Nintendo would mark the unit on one of the visible surfaces as a test unit?

Oh eBay! you are such a pain, I am addicted to you like crack cocaine. You offer things I cannot find in stores,You are the pimp, and we are all your whores.
It seems to be legit. Despite what was said in the other thread, that is not a normal NES pcb with socketed chips.
There are several differences and if the person faked it by just adding socketed chips he probably wouldn't have changed come of the caps and resistors to.
And as was mentioned the cutout is machined rather nicely and not just hacked.

I believe Niels Pitt owns one of them. As for being legit, yes they are.
hmm
Forget the NES control deck, check out what other stuff the same guy has. All i know is i wouldnt pay 350 for a cutout bottom.
Yeh i got one. And when i got it, i also got a shitload of chips, and other electronic parts that were used with it.
Apparently these things belonged to Nes repair dudes. Mine also came with lots of defect, and previous defect boards, powersupplies, chipsets, u name it.
