As a noobie AES owner, I found it a great history refresher. Now I have a better understanding of where they came from, and what SNK Playmore is- it's SNK! yay!
And to celebrate, I went to NeoStore and bought (likely the one and only 'new' I'll ever buy) myself a 'real' game. I only own Nam 75, Baseball Stars pro Blue's Journey and Trash Rally.
I bought a debug kit, and KOF 2002, after much agonizing. Seems the best price versus 'play quality' option for me. I wanted at least one "new" game for myself, and that seemed like a good choice.
I'm getting a Phantom-1 from Nexwave soon, and shall go the used MVS route for the bulk of my playing.
It just seems to me, that since the NEO is the longest supported home console in history, with new games STILL coming out for it, that I should snag one of them. I need something to look nice, once the shelf starts filling with ugly MVS carts.![]()
