The pawn shop I frequent gets "new" ones in now and then. They don't claim that they are new but they still have all the plastic on them and all that jazz. The employee I always talk to in there said they are pooling a bunch of stuff tomorrow and there are a bunch of systems and whatnot. They always sell Xbox's for $100, last I saw one there. Let me know if this works into your budget and I'll see about picking it up, should they have one. However, if they only have one and it's a LE Xbox....you'll have to wait. Although......with 7.5% sales tax and shipping...it's going to run around $125-$130 or so, and you have nothing to fall back on. Atleast if you get one used somewhere local, you can take it back within X days or something.
