Funny you should ask about WVBS - I was playing it just last night!
And as a Canadian gamer I can assure you that the only differences between Canadian and US games is (potentially) the packaging. Sometimes they have the french on the actual package. Sometimes they shrinkwrap a second set of French instructions. Sometimes the packaging is exactly the same.
The game itself isn't any different - it's always entirely in English. The French Language laws only cover the packaging, not the product itself. And let me add that I hate seeing French on my collectibles (I'm always happier when they package the French stuff seperately so I can just throw it away).
